Piña Colada Cake
1 package Jiffy white cake mix, follow ingredients needed
1 jar Taste Weavers Piña Colada Dip
Toasted coconut, powdered sugar
Mix the Piña Colada Dip with the dry cake mix and add other ingredients as per the cake instructions. Blend well and follow box cooking directions. Cool slightly; drizzle with a powdered sugar glaze and toasted coconut. Serve. Other suggested toppings include whipped cream, pineapple slices, maraschino cherries, etc.
• To toast coconut, heat oven to 350°F. Bake in ungreased pan 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
• For a great powdered sugar glaze, combine 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar with 3 tablespoons milk. Add more milk, 1 Tbs. at a time, if needed to achieve desired consistency. Drizzle on cake.
