Buffalo Wing Dip

Mini Twice Baked Redskin Potatoes

Ingredients

30 Redskin potatoes, mini size
1 tsp. Roasted garlic puree
4 Tbsp. Butter
½ cup Buttermilk
1 jar Taste Weavers Peppercorn Horseradish Sauce
Milk
½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper


Instructions

Roast potatoes at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until soft. Cut off top and scoop out insides. Whip potato guts with garlic puree, butter, buttermilk, horseradish sauce and salt/pepper to taste. Add milk until the desired mashed potato consistency is reached. Restuff the potatoes and top with cheese. Cook for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
