Peppadew Pepper Sausage Breakfast Rolls
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound Italian sausage
1 small onion, chopped
½ cup red pepper diced
2 cups self-rising flour
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 jar Taste Weavers Peppadew Pepper Cheese Dip
½ cup whole milk

Place large heavy skillet over medium-high heat, add oil, allow to get hot and shimmering. Add sausage, breaking in small pieces. Add onion and red pepper. Sauté until sausage is browned. Remove to a plate, refrigerate until completely cool.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
In a large bowl stir together the flour and cayenne. In another whisk together the Sweet & Spicy Cheese, milk and eggs. Pour into flour mixture and fold-in gently. When almost no flour remains, incorporate the sausage.
Using an ice cream scoop, place a healthy scoop into each cup. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove to cooling rack. Remove from muffin tin after 5 minutes. Serve warm. These rolls are especially great when you serve with Taste Weavers Peppadew Pepper Jelly. Yields; 12.
