Peppadew Cheese Breakfast Soufflé
¼ cup flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, finely shredded
¾ cup Taste Weavers Peppadew Pepper Cheese Dip
6 ounces spicy sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8” square pan with aluminum foil. Spray with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, flour & baking powder until smooth. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. When warm enough to touch, remove foiled soufflé to a cooling rack and pull down the edges of the foil. Cut in squares and serve warm. Garnish with chopped fresh chives. Yields; 6-9 servings.
