Asian Ginger Chicken and Rice Casserole
4 chicken breasts, boned & skinned
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 bottle Taste Weavers Asian Ginger Grilling Sauce
2 cups chicken stock
1 cup rice, brown or white

Fresh cilantro, chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease large casserole dish.
In a large heavy skillet placed over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and brown both sides of chicken.
In the casserole dish combine the Asian Ginger Grilling Sauce, chicken stock and rice. Top with the chicken breasts. Cover casserole with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove foil, garnish with cilantro and serve. Yields; 4 servings.
