Buffalo Wing Compound Butter
8 tablespoons butter, softened
6 tablespoons Taste Weavers Buffalo Horseradish Dip
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons fresh chives, chopped
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
Compound butters freeze well therefore they are great to have on hand. This is amazing served on top of a hot steak or juicy burger
Combine all ingredients on a mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove butter from bowl and spoon on a sheet of plastic wrap, forming a log. Fold over plastic wrap and push against the log with a knife. Roll the log around the remaining plastic wrap and twist the ends to form a tight log. Refrigerate or freeze.
To serve; cut a half inch coin and place on top a hot steak or burger. Yum!
