Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream Tart
9” purchased chocolate crust
¾ cup Taste Weavers Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Dip
4 cups Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
5 ounces chocolate covered peanuts, divided and coarsely chopped
Remove lid from jar of Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Dip. Place jar in microwave and warm on low setting. Remove from microwave and stir contents.
In large mixing bowl, combine ¾ cup Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Dip and softened ice cream until thoroughly mixed. Fold in ¾ cup chocolate covered peanuts. Place in chocolate crust, smooth top, cover and freeze until hardened, at least several hours.
Remove from freezer, Spread remaining Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Dip over the top of the tart to 1”from edge of crust. Over the exposed ice cream, sprinkle the remaining chocolate covered peanuts. Freeze again until firm.
