Buffalo Wing Dip

Southwest Chili Corn Chip “Taco”


1 pound ground beef
2 cups corn
1 (15 oz) black beans, drained
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon cumin
¾-1 cup Taste Weaver’s Tequila Lime BBQ Sauce

8 ounces 4 cheese Mexican cheese, shredded
2-3 cups Corn Chips
½ cup Taste Weaver’s Corn & Black Bean Salsa


Place ground beef in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until beef is browned and there is no pink showing. Stir in corn and black beans. Season with salt pepper and cumin. Stir in Tequila Lime BBQ Sauce. On each serving plate, place about ½ cup corn chips. Top with about ¾ cup chili mixture and add shredded cheese. Place a dollop of Corn & Black Bean Salsa. Repeat with remaining servings.
