Buffalo Wing Dip

Chipotle Cheese Macaroni and Cheese


1 pound Rotini pasta
¾ cup milk
8 tablespoons butter, divided
3/4 cup Taste Weavers Chipotle Cheese Dip
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
¾ cup cooked bacon, minced and divided

2 cups Panko bread crumbs
Remaining minced bacon


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 2 quart baking dish. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain. Place empty saucepan back on low heat. Add milk, 6 tablespoons butter and Chipotle Cheese Dip, stir together until combined and butter is melted. Stir in cheddar cheese and cayenne, if using, off heat. Stir pasta into sauce; fold in 2/3 cup bacon. Pour into prepared dish.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in small saucepan over medium-low heat, stir in bread crumbs and sauté until well combined. Sprinkle over pasta and cheese and top with remaining bacon. Spray some oil on a sheet of aluminum foil, cover pan and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil, change heat to broil and heat until nicely browned. Serve warm.
