Buffalo Wing Dip

Peppadew® Pepper Potato Gratin


1 jar Taste Weavers Peppadew Pepper Cheese Dip
1 cup chicken stock
6 medium russet potatoes, peeled & ¼” sliced
Salt & freshly ground pepper
6 tablespoons green onion, white parts only, chopped
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray. In a small bowl mix together the dip and chicken stock. Layer 2 sliced potatoes on the bottom of the dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of green onions and then 1/3 cup Parmesan. Pour 1/3 of the liquid over the top of the potatoes. Repeat 2 more times ending with the 1/3 cup of Parmesan. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes, remove cover and continue to bake another 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
