Buffalo Wing Dip

Peppermint Pattie Butter Cookies


1 cup butter, softened
¾ cup sugar
1 large egg
½ tablespoon vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup Taste Weavers Peppermint Pattie Dip


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or lightly grease.
Place the butter and sugar in an electric mixer and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla. With the mixer on low speed, add the flour. When it comes to a ball, remove from mixer and form into a disc and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate. When dough is firm, dust work surface with flour and roll to a 1/8” thickness. Using a 2” round biscuit cutter cut out cookies and place 1” apart on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned around the edges. Cool.
When cool, spread about 1 teaspoon of Peppermint Pattie on the bottom of each cookie. Enjoy! Yields; 3½ dozen cookies
