Buffalo Wing Dip

White Chocolate Peanut Butter Toffee Mousse


4 ounces good quality white chocolate, coarsely chopped
1½ cups heavy cream, divided

1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 cup or more Toffee Chips


In a blender or a food processor, add the chopped chocolate. Heat ½ cup heavy cream until it comes to a boil. With the blender on, add the hot cream and process until chocolate is melted. Remove to a bowl and bring to room temperature. Stir together the dip and peanut butter. In a chilled bowl, whip the remaining 1 cup cream until it forms soft peaks. Divide whipped cream in half. Fold half the cream into the white chocolate mixture and half in the peanut butter mixture. Fold in ¼ cup toffee bits in each of the mousse flavors. To serve; in 8 (1/2 cup) small dessert dishes. Layer first the peanut butter, sprinkle with some toffee chips then the white chocolate and more chips. Repeat one more time ending with white chocolate and toffee chips. Refrigerate until serving.
