Peppermint Pattie Strawberries
2/3 cup Taste Weavers Peppermint Pattie Dip
2/3 cup whipped topping
1 quart fresh strawberries, washed, dried & stems removed

In a small bowl thoroughly combine Peppermint Pattie and whipped topping. You may have to warm slightly the Peppermint Pattie. Refrigerate until ready to use.
When ready to serve; cut strawberries in half lengthwise. Lay cut half up with the top side end to end. Place Peppermint Pattie mixture in a pastry bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe a “star” on top of each strawberry half. Place a piece of mint between the top of each strawberry. Enjoy!
