Buffalo Wing Dip

Poppers in a Blanket


2/3 cup Taste Weavers Jalapeno Popper Dip
6 slices bacon, cooked, drained and chopped
2/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
9 small to medium jalapenos, washed, cut in half lengthwise, stem exposed and seeded
2 sheets commercial Puff Pastry


Preheat oven 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
In a small bowl combine Jalapeno Popper Dip, bacon and cheese. Dry jalapenos and fill all with popper mixture.
Place pastry sheet on lightly floured board, roll pastry just to smooth. Cut in 9 (3”) squares. Place stuffed pepper, filling side down and stem exposed at one corner of square. Fold 3 sides of pastry over the pepper and pinch to seal. Place smooth side of pepper up. Repeat with remaining peppers.
Bake in prepared oven for 20 minutes or until nicely browned. Serve whole or cut in bite sized pieces. Yields: 18.
